Range: throughout eastern North America: New Jersey to Florida, west to Louisiana and Illinois.
Habitat: under bark, in dead wood, forest litter. Collection Method: sifting litter, debris, and dead wood (with Berlese funnel), emergence chamber. Biology: unknown. Ferro et al. (2012a): signifi- cantly higher abundance in CWD5, secondary forest, and spring. Present Study: significantly higher abundance in FWD2, CWD3–4, and primary forest.
