New records: 4 males. Mexico, Jalisco, Estación Biológica Chamela, Cuenca 4ª, 18-Feb-1992, Fumigación, Col. A. Pescador, in CAIM. First record from Mexico.

Distribution. From Mexico (Jalisco) to Panama.

Swammerdamella marginata Cook, 1956:24 (Male holotype; female allotype, paratypes (males, females); Figs. segment 6 and 7 of male, wing, male genitalia and female genitalia; Distribution: USA (New Mexico, California), Mexico (Guadalajara).

New records: 2 females, 2 males. México, Estado de México, Otumba, cerca de la Localidad Coyotepec, Trampa Malaise, 5 al 26-Jun-2007, D., Hernández-Zetina, Col., 2 females, 1 male; same data except, 12-Abr-4-May-2007, 1 male; same data except, 4-31-Oct-2007, GPS Coordinates: N 19° 39´09.3´´ NO 98° 45´25.7´´, 1 male, 3 females, preserved in ethyl alcohol.
