Type locality: Line Islands, Fanning Island (=Tabuaeran), outer ocean reef 1.5 miles northwest of English Harbor, off wreck of M.V. Lindenbank, depth 52 meters, central Pacific. Illustration: Randall & McCosker, 1982:65, fig. 9.
