D: X or XI, 16 to 18 (rarely XI, usually 17). A: III, 7 or 8 (usually 7). P: 19 to 21 (most frequently 20). C: 15 (8 + 7). V: 26 (10 + 16 or 11 + 15). S: 1. GR: 10 to 12 + 26 to 29. LL: 57 to 66. CP: 31 to 33.
Distribution: Indo–Pacific: widespread from Mascarenes and Maldives east to Hawaiian Islands.
