GR: 38 to 42 (11 to 13 + 27 to 29). LL: 39 to 43.

Distribution: Indo–west Pacific: South Africa, Madagascar, and Mascarenes east to Guam and New Guinea, north to Ogasawara Islands and southern Japan.
