D: X, 15 or 16 (usually 15). A: III, 6 or 7 (usually 7). P: 18 to 20 (most frequently 19). C: 15 (8+ 7). V: 26 (10 + 16). S: 2. GR: 37 to 41, usually 38 to 40 (10 to 12 + 27 to 30). LL: 38 to 46 (usually 39–44). CP: 22 to 25 (usually 23 or 24).
Distribution: eastern Pacific: Galápagos Islands, Cocos Island, Ecuador; probably also occurs over Las Gemeles Seamounts, southwest of Cocos Island ( Anderson & Heemstra, 2012:83–84; Béarez & Jiménez Prado, 2003:109).
