Discleroblatta , subgen. nov.
Etymology. The name of the subgenus refers to the two (unpleated) scale sclerites in the male genitalia.
Type species. Hololampra merrakescha Adelung, 1914 .
Species. One species.
Dziriblatta (Discleroblatta) merrakescha ( Adelung, 1914) , comb. nov.
Distribution. In the southwestern corner of Morocco (SW of Marrakech and the river Tensift) (Figs. 28, 30).
Diagnosis. Male characterized by having two ± flat genital scale sclerites and by the shape of the T7 glandular pit forming a rather narrow transversal trough; female genitalia with similarly sized and shaped spermathecal plates as in Monoscleroblatta , but distinguished by separate dorsal basivalvular sclerites.
