Comments: As pointed out by Smith (1992), the specimens from the type locality bear an additional determination label saying “ Parasyzygonia cyanoptera Kl. ” but that species belongs to Pergidae . We found also an illegible handwritten mention in the last line on the locality label. The female paratype from Barueri is mounted along a leaf with non-identified eggs on its surface.
