Diagnosis. Wingspan 11 mm. Thorax bronzy. Forewing relatively narrow, its width at the middle one-fourth length of wing; oblique transverse brown band from dorsum reaching three-fourth across wing and merged with dark brown spot extending along distal two-fifth of costal margin; costal margin with three oblique brown strokes alternated with white ones. The species is very similar with oxydelta by shape and pattern of forewing. It differs from related species by larger size and different colour of thorax.
Distribution. Sri Lanka.
