Description. Color pattern of anterior dorsum and face as in Figs. 1–8 View FIGURES 1–4 View FIGURES 5–8 . Crown with a white median preapical spot. Male face dark brown with four incomplete transverse white stripes ( Fig. 4 View FIGURES 1–4 ); female face dark brown with six white stripes ( Fig. 8 View FIGURES 5–8 ).
Other external features as in generic description.
Male genitalia. Aedeagus shafts each with three (paratypes) or four (holotype and paratypes) lamellar subapical processes; gonopore subapical ( Figs. 12, 13 View FIGURES 9–15 ). Connective with arms shorter than stem ( Fig. 14 View FIGURES 9–15 ). Style broad with slightly laterally curved caudal apex of apophysis, with small subapical setae ( Fig. 15 View FIGURES 9–15 ).
Female pygofer with ventroposterior margin sharply incurved ( Fig. 16 View FIGURES 16–21 ). Female seventh sternum posterior margin with deep angulate median concavity, posterolateral margins acutely produced ( Fig. 17 View FIGURES 16–21 ). First valvula of ovipositor slightly curved, attenuate to apex, with obscure reticulate sculpture dorsally and scale-like sculpture ventrally ( Figs. 18, 19 View FIGURES 16–21 ). Second valvula with few large rounded teeth on distal half of dorsal margin ( Figs. 20, 21 View FIGURES 16–21 ).
Measurement. Length (including tegmen): ♂, 4.6–4.7 mm; ♀, 4.8–5.1 mm.

Etymology. The new specie name is derived from the Latin word “circularis”, referring to crown with a white spot.
