Remarks. In males of P. flaviceps (Bates, 1863) and P. dimitrisi sp. nov., the wide central area of the prosternal process is laminiform ( Fig. 9 View FIGURES 8–15 ), while in the females it is narrow but distinctly not laminiform ( Fig. 20 View FIGURES 16–20 ). Additionally, the mesoventral process in males of P. flaviceps and P. dimitrisi is acute apically ( Fig. 12 View FIGURES 8–15 ), while it is narrowly truncate in females of these species ( Fig. 20 View FIGURES 16–20 ). However, since this character is not acute in some species (e.g. P. antonkozlovi ( Fig. 14 View FIGURES 8–15 ), P. marilenae ( Fig. 45 View FIGURES 42–45 )) it cannot be considered as a generic feature in males. Nevertheless, it is probable that males and females of the other species of the genus have the prosternal process and the apex of the mesoventral process somewhat different.
