- Tibiae black; clypeal bevel as long as basomedian area; lip with dentate processes, a total of six teeth, and with lateral incisions ( Fig. 2b ); vertex densely punctate; punctures dense and no more than 1 × diameter apart on scutum ( Fig. 2c ), mesopleuron punctatorugose, punctures about 0.2 × diameters apart ( Fig. 2d ); in fore wing, fore margin of marginal cell longer than pterostigma........................................................................... Tibiae and tarsi pale yellow; interocular distance less than 1 × DOA; vertex impunctate; scutum with sparse, midsize punctures; in fore wing, fore margin of marginal cell nearly as long as pterostigma; propodeal enclosure with slender ridges; sterna III–V with prominent, transverse swelling ( Fig. 3d )............................................
