Biology. The species was recorded as a predator on the eggs and larvae of other insects ( Rosen, 1955, 1956), and reared from plants such as Achillea millefolium L. (Compositae) and Medicago sativa L. (Fabaceae) ( Rosen, 1960).

Distribution. China (Jilin, Liaoning, Inner Mongolia, Beijing, Hebei, Shaanxi, Ningxia, Qinghai, Xinjiang, Sichuan, Tibet); Nearctic and Palearctic Regions ( Noyes, 2014).
