Biology. M. bibialis was reared from various Cynipid galls, especially of Neuroterus spp. and Andricus spp. ( Askew, 1961).
Comments. This species was new records in China and newly recorded from Oriental Region in the World.
Distribution. China (Hebei, Shaanxi, Hainan, Tibet); Palearctic and Oriental Regions ( Noyes, 2014).
