Type locality. WC, Middleberg Hut, Cederberg at ca. 1200 m asl.
Distribution. This species is described from Cedarberg site outlying far north of the Cape Peninsula. Recorded by Zicsi (1998) from Storms River, in coastal-belt of EC. A misplacing of sampling labels by Zicsi is probable. Remarks. Type material: BMNH 1938.7.1.1039–1045. Paratypes SAMC A21590. Other material: HNHM AF/2536.
