Description:— Trierveiler-Pereira et al. (2011: 580)
Habitat and distribution:—Specimens were collected on sandy soil in fragments of secondary upland forests, a successional type of lowland ombrophilous dense forest. It is known from Europe ( Dissing & Lange 1962, Pegler et al. 1995), Africa, North America, Asia ( Dissing & Lange 1962).
