TL: [West Bengal], Darjeeling.

TD: holotype, male , NHMUK.

Distribution in India: Sikkim, West Bengal (Darjeeling) ( Hampson 1892); North East Himalaya ( Holloway 1987), Central Himalaya ( Sanyal et al. 2018). Global records: Nepal, Bhutan (Zolotuhin 2000).

Remark: Hauenstein et al. (2011) erroneously mentioned holotype as female.
