TYPE LOCALITY: Zambia, Barotseland, Chobe Valley, near Libonta, 40° 30' S, 23° 15' E GoogleMaps .

DISTRIBUTION: S. Zaire and Zambia to Zambesi and Chobe rivers, north to Tanzania and Malawi; Zaire and E. Angola.
