Batrisodes (Excavodes) lineaticollis View in CoL (Aube´)
This is a common, widespread species that is usually associated with rotten wood ( Chandler 1987, as B. globosus LeConte in this and following references), but is also found in tree holes ( Park et al. 1950), and is occasionally found in caves in Texas (Chandler 1992; Chandler and Reddell 2001).
Specimen examined. Indiana: Harrison Co., Heiser Spring Cave , 2 mi N Elizabeth, V-10-1997, Julian Lewis & A. Pursell (1 female) .
