( Figs 26–32 View FIGURES 26 – 32 )
Specimens examined. Holotype: CHINA, 1♂, 20–24.vii.2006, Mts. Yueliang, 950 m, 25º38’06”N, 108º15’30”E, Congjiang, Guizhou Province, Y. Tang leg (GUGC).
Diagnosis (male). Scutellar spines as long and stout as seen in O. gracilis sp. nov. Epandrium near arcuate at outer margin, Phallic complex curve toward to ventral distinctly and with same length three lobes (see Figs. 30-32 View FIGURES 26 – 32 ). The female is unknown.
Description. Male, body length: 5.3 mm, wing length: 4.5 mm. Head slightly wider than thorax, black and predominantly bare, 1.2 times broader than high in frontal view and 1.6 times higher than long in lateral view. Eyes contiguous and bare as in other two species. Upper frons very small, subtriangular, almost invisible below anterior ocellus. Lower frons black with short and dense grayish white hairs and a longitudinal medial line. Antennal scape and pedicel yellow with sparse yellow hairs, pedicel wider and slightly shorter than scape, basal 3 flagellomeres brownish yellow, apical 3 flagellomeres nearly black, relative lengths of antennal scape, pedicel and flagellomeres as 1.0: 0.7: 0.6: 0.5: 0.6: 1.0: 1.2: 1.3. ( Fig. 29 View FIGURES 26 – 32 ). Face black, sparsely grayish white haired, with usual whitish lateral stripes along inner eye margin ( Fig. 27 View FIGURES 26 – 32 ). Proboscis yellow, with sparse long yellow hairs.
Thorax longer than wide, scutum black with sparsely white hairs, scutellum and scutellar spines yellow, length of spines at least equal to length of scutellum at middle; postpronotal and postalar calli, brownish yellow. Pleura shining brown except yellow narrow upper margin of anepisternum. Wing almost hyaline, stigma and veins brownish yellow. Halter brownish yellow with yellow stem. Legs entirely yellow.
Abdomen slender, about half of thorax width, dark brown, sparsely dark haired, venter somewhat paler. Male terminalia ( Figs 30–32 View FIGURES 26 – 32 ) exposed, proctiger subtriangular, cerci oval, slightly more than twice as long as broad. Epandrium unusually narrow, about 2.5 times shorter than proctiger at middle part. Genital capsule transverse, subquadrate, with a deep symmetrical emargination on proximal margin and without any distal medial process. Gonostylus digitiform, pointed apically. Phallic complex trifid, narrowed in distal third, gradually upturned in laterallly. Parameral sheath short, not projected. A massive and very long aedeagal apodeme and a long gonocoxal apodeme, both strongly exceeding the proximal margin of genital capsule.
Female. Unknown.
Geographical distribution: China (Guizhou).
