Diagnosis. Aedeagus curved subbasally and subapically, with pubescence distally, acute apically ( Fig. 18 View FIGURE 18 D).
Description. Ocellar triangle yellowish brown, with 4–8 setae above ocellar setae. Frons yellowish brown to brown. Pedicel mostly yellowish brown; first flagellomere yellow. Clypeus brownish medially, dark brown laterally. Palpus brownish yellow. Mesonotum brownish yellow to yellowish brown, with brown, longitudinal stripes laterally ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5 A, B), sometimes dark brown medially ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5 A). Postpronotal lobe yellow ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5 C, D). Acrostichal setulae in 10–12 irregular rows ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5 A, B). Scutellum brownish yellow to yellowish brown, dark brown laterally, yellow at tip ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5 A, B). Pleura with a brown, longitudinal stripe above ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5 C, D). Katepisternum and mesopleuron (meron in Huang et al. 2013a, b) mostly brownish yellow; mesopleuron with a brownish patch ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5 C, D). Wing ( Fig. 2 View FIGURE 2 A): Costal vein between R2+3 and R4+5 distally with 5–8 peg-like spinules on ventral surface. Abdominal tergites black, with yellow patches ( Fig. 10 View FIGURE 10 A). Male terminalia: Epandrium nearly entirely pubescent, with 17 setae near posterior margin and ventral corner per side ( Fig. 18 View FIGURE 18 A). Hypandrium with long pubescence anteriorly ( Fig. 18 View FIGURE 18 B). Paramere with 6 sensilla submediodorsally ( Fig. 18 View FIGURE 18 C).
