Aedeagus simple, slightly curved; genital atrium short and wide; aedeagal shaft rounded on apex and upper than apex of ventral process; ventral process with pair of membranes on subapical part in dorsal and lateral views, U-shaped between basally joint of shaft and process; gonopore subapical (figs 11, 41–43).
Type material. Holotype, ♂, Wanglang Nature Reserve , Mianyang, Sichuan Province, China, altitude 2530 m, 23 July 2016, lights trap, Coll. Bin Yan . Paratypes, 3♂♂, same data as holotype ; 1♂ 8♀♀, Wanglang Nature Reserve , Mianyang, Sichuan Province, China, altitude 2524 m, 21 July 2016, lights trap, Coll. Bin Yan and Hongping Zhan .
Etymology. The species name refers to the membranous area on the subapical section of the ventral process of the aedeagus.
Remarks. The species is very similar to P. striata sp. nov. and P. binaria Kuoh & Hu in male genitalia, but differs in its coloration, and in having the ventral process of the aedeagus slightly curved dorsad, with pair of membranes on the subapical part, without small sculptures on the apex.
