NEW BRUNSWICK: Kent Co.: Kouchibouquac National, 30, viii.1977, S.J. Miller, CNC. Collected on Fagus ( Muona 2000) . A rare species restricted to northeastern North America; it appears to have declined in the United States ( Muona 2000).
