Distribution in Brazil: PA, SE, MT!, GO, MG, ES, SP, RJ, SC.

Biological aspects: More than 100 specimens have been collected on narrow streams of 1 st to 3 rd orders presenting from well-preserved riparian vegetation to pasture on the margins and on a 5 th order river.

Comments: This species has a wide geographical distribution, occurring on all Brazilian macrorregions, but is herein recorded for the first time from MT ( Fig. 16). So far it has been found on Amazon, Atlantic Forest and Cerrado biomes. According to the modeling, the potential distribution of R. robusta ranges from the southern portion of northeastern Brazil to the southern area of the country, including small areas of the northern states of PA and RO.
