Distribution. Brazil (Roraima, Maranhão, São Paulo, Santa Catarina) and Uruguai. New Record: Tocantins

Remarks. This is a species with a highly fragmented distribution. Its records extend from Uruguay to the northern region of Brazil. In our studty, it was found in four collecting sites, in areas with Cerrado influence.
