Material examined: Holotype: female, CHINA: Sichuan, 1885, O.Potanin; Coll.Semenov–Tian.Shansky; Ontholestes proximus .sp.n. Kirshenblat det.; Holotypus, Female, Ontholestes proximus Kirshenblat, V. Gusarov des.1990; ZOOLOGICAL INSTITUTE RAS ST.PETERSBURG ( ZIRAS).
