Ecology. Epigeic species (Zicsi et al. 2011) living in humid forest soils (Csuzdi & Zicsi 2003).

Distribution in Montenegro. Northern Montenegro: Modro jezero, Crepuljna Poljana, Savin Kuk II, Poljanak, Surdup, Ališnica, near around Crno jezero, Durmitor (Mršić 1983, 1990, 1991), Veljkova ploča (Mršić 1990).

Zoogeographical distribution type. A widely introduced peregrine species native to the Palearctic (Csuzdi et al. 2011).
