Ecology. Epigeic species living in forest soils and mountain pastures (Stojanović & Karaman 2003). Distribution in Montenegro. Northern Montenegro: Žabljak (Karaman & Stojanović 1995; Stojanović & Karaman 2003); eastern Montenegro, Biogradska Gora Mt. (Stojanović & Karaman 2003).
Zoogeographical distribution type. Endemic species distributed in Montenegro, Serbia (Stojanović et al. 2008) and Bulgaria (Zicsi & Csuzdi 1986; Delchev et al. 1998).
