[ Lectotype: CASC; ♂ Santa Margarita Island , Baja California Sur]
Perdita ventralis View in CoL has been recorded in the states BC and BCS in northwestern Mexico and Arizona, USA. There have been specimens collected in Baja California in the Coastal Succulent Scrub and in Baja California Sur on Santa Margarita Island in the Magdalena Plains. Specimens are vouchered in BBSL, SEMC, UCRC, and CASC ( Timberlake 1962; GBIF 2023). We reviewed two males collected in the Succulent Coastal Matorral in September 1955 (CASC). See fig. 60.
