[ Syntype: USNM; ♀ San José de Guaymas , Sonora, Mexico; April 10, 1898]
This species inhabits the SD and is a specialist on Prosopis L. ( Fowler 2020). It has been recorded in the Lower Colorado Desert, in BC in April 1939 and October 1956 with preserved specimens at SEMC and UCRC ( GBIF 2023). See fig. 58.
