[ Holotype: UCRC; ♂ 12.87 km east of Edom , Riverside Co., California, US; April 17, 1937]

Perdita arenaria has been collected in La Laguna Salada in the Lower Colorado Desert, BC ( Portman et al. 2016) and it is found in southwestern deserts in the USA. See fig. 39.
