Andrena (Simandrena) pallidifovea Viereck, 1904 View in CoL

[ Holotype: ANSP; ♀ Corvallis , Oregon, US; June 4, 1897]

Andrena pallidifovea was first reported by LaBerge (1989) in the Succulent Coastal Matorral of BC. Additionally, we identified a previously undetermined female collected in the Baja California Mountains at El Condor locality in April 1988, and another in the Succulent Coastal Matorral in Colonet in 2017 (SDNHM). The BBPT collected five females of this species in three different localities of the Coastal Sage Matorral in April 2020, June 2020, April 2021, and April 2022 and a last one from the Succulent Coastal Matorral in March 2021 (MABC). See fig. 20.
