[ Holotype: CASC; ♂ Pinnacles National Park , San Benito Co., California, USA; May 19, 1941]

This species occurs in the cismontane habitats of California and BC ( Dorchin et al. 2018). To our knowledge, the only record from BC was collected in the Chaparral in Sierra San Pedro tMártir 5 mi. E El Socorro in May 1958 ( Timberlake 1969). See fig. 114.
