[ Lectotype: CASC; ♂ San José del Cabo , Baja California Sur, México]

Xenoglossa mustelina is only known from the BCP. There are specimens from the Central Desert ( BC) and Gulf Coast ( BCS) vouchered at BBSL and SEMC ( GBIF, 2023). We reviewed 12 specimens (11 ♂, 1 ♀) collected in La Giganta Ranges in July 1938 ( CASC), and one female collected in the Lower Colorado Desert in November 1997 ( SDNHM). Additionally, one male has been collected by CARCIB surveys in La Purisima, BCS in October 2016. See fig. 120 .
