Diadasia enavata is widely spread across western North America. This species specializes on pollen in the tribe Heliantheae (Asteraceae) (Sipes & Tepedino 2005) . Cockerell (1899) reported this species in Comondú, BCS. The ECOAB team collected this species (4 ♂) for the first time in BC in the Lower Colorado Desert in June 2019, and the MABC team collected three males in the Coastal Sage Matorral in June 2020.
