[ Holotype: SEMC; ♀ Eureka , Utah, USA; July 20, 1949]

Melissodes utahensis has a broad distribution across the USA and Mexico. In Baja California, it is known from a single record documented by INHS. It was collected in 1960 in the Baja California Mountains 5 mi. W La Rumorosa ( GBIF 2023). See fig. 109 .
