Centris (Paracentris) atripes Mocsáry, 1899 View in CoL

[ Holotype: HNHM; ♂ Presidió (Praesidio), Sinaloa, Mexico]

This species is widespread throughout southwestern North America and has been reported in BC and BCS ( Ayala et al. 1996) and Snelling (1974) reports C. atripes in BCS. We reviewed one male collected in the Central Desert in BCS in September 1941 ( CASC). Additionally, the BBPT collected one male in the Magdalena Plains in March 2021 Magdalena Plains ( MABC). See fig. 86.
