Anthophora (Micranthophora) striata Orr et al., 2017 View in CoL

[ Holotype: BBSL; ♀ Blythe , 33 air km Northwest, Midland, California, USA; March 26, 2016]

This xeric species is distributed in the Sonoran and Mojave Deserts and specializes on pollen from Larrea tridentata (DC.) Coville ( Orr et al. 2018) . One female has been collected in the Lower Colorado Desert in San Felipe, BC in March 1963 ( Orr et al. 2018). See fig. 76.
