[ Syntypes: NHMUK; ♀ ♂ Vancouver Island , British Columbia, Canada]

This species has a broad distribution across western North America. Within Mexico, it has only been documented in the Chaparral ecosystem near Sierra San Pedro Mártir in May and June 1958 from a single specimen vouchered in the SEMC ( GBIF 2023), and two females vouchered in the EMEC. See fig. 81.
