This cosmopolitan bee is distributed throughout the BCP. During our fieldwork (161 ♀, 30 ♂), it was recorded at least once in every month except for January; however, its flying season appears to peak between June and September (Supplementary material 1). Voucher specimens are in MABC, and ECOAB. See fig. 170.
