[ Type: USNM; ♂ Champerico , Guatemala; August 4, 1905]

Hylaeus knabi is native to Mexico; however, the distribution of this species remains poorly understood. We examined one male collected in Vizcaíno Desert in Sierra Placeres in March 1984 ( CASC). See fig. 161 .
