[ Holotype: CASC; ♀ 4.83 km West Marana , Pima Co., USA; September 13, 1962]

Epeolus tessieris is distributed in the xeric regions of northern Mexico and the southern USA. Onuferko (2018) reported a record from September 1977 for this species in the Gulf Coast region of BCS. See fig. 131.
