This species is widely distributed across North America. Within the BCP, TAMU recorded one preserved specimen record in the transition zone between the Magdalena Plains and the Sarcocaulescent Shrubland in BCS in 1979 ( GBIF 2023). We reviewed one female collected in the Magdalena Plains in 1982 (EMEC). The CARCIB team collected four males in the Magdalena Plains August (1 ♂), September (1 ♂) 2016, April 2017 (1 ♂), and August 2019 (1 ♂). See fig. 217.
