[ Holotype: CASC; ♂ Mesilla Park, Las Cruces, Doña Ana , New Mexico; April 25, 1895]

Within the BCP, Megachile onobrychidis has been previously reported in the Magdalena Plains by BBSL ( GBIF 2023 View Materials ). Additionally , we examined one male collected in the Tropical Dry Forest in June 2013 ( BBSL). The BBPT collected this species in Coastal Sage Matorral in June 2020 (1 ♀), September 2020 (1 ♂), and September 2022 (2 ♀); Chaparral in October 2020 (3 ♂), and Gulf Coast in November 2020 (1 ♀). Voucher specimens are in MABC, and ECOAB. See fig. 224 .
