[ Holotype: AMNH; ♂ 14.48 km north of Adelanto , Mojave Desert, California, USA; April 25, 1937]

Anthidium dammersi View in CoL occurs in the xeric regions of the southwestern USA and the BCP, Mexico. According to pollen loads on specimens checked by Gonzalez & Griswold (2013), a majority of the records are from Astragalus View in CoL L. ( Gonzalez & Griswold 2013). Within the BCP, it is only known from the Central Desert in BC with preserved specimen records by SDNHM ( GBIF 2023). See fig. 196.
