[ Holotype: ANSP; ♀ Nevada, USA; 1878]

This species occurs in western USA and northwestern Mexico. Within BC, it has been recorded in the Baja California Mountains in Sierra Juarez in June 1983 and Sierra San Pedro Mártir in June 1980 with vouchered specimens in the SDNHM ( GBIF 2023 View Materials ). See fig. 195 .
