Lasioglossum (Sphecodogastra) iridescens Hettiarachchi & Gibbs 2024 **

[ Holotype: UCRC; ♀ 2.41 mi. W of Perris , Riverside Co., California, USA; April 1, 1936]

This species inhabits southern California and Arizona (USA) and Baja California ( Mexico). The BBPT collected this species in Chaparral in May 2022, and April 2023; and Coastal Sage Matorral in April 2023. See fig. 185 .
