Osmia (Melanosmia) visenda Sandhouse, 1924 View in CoL

[ Holotype: CASC; ♀ Huntington Lake , Fresno Co., California; July 4, 1919]

Osmia visenda occurs along the west coast of the USA and BC, Mexico. Within BC, it has been previously recorded in the Baja California Mountains by BBSL and SDNHM. The BBPT collected this species in Chaparral (1 ♀), and Baja California Mountains (11 ♀) in Sierra San Pedro Mártir in May 2022. Voucher specimens are in MABC, and ECOAB. See fig. 267 .
