[ Holotype: USNM; ♀ 1.61 km west Yucca Valley , San Bernardino Co., California, USA]

Rust & Bohart (1986), first reported one female in BC from the Succulent Coastal Matorral, but it has also been recorded in the Coastal Sage Matorral in May 1980, and June 1983, in Baja California Mountains in April 1988, and Succulent Coastal Matorral in March 1984 by BBSL ( GBIF 2023). Additionally, the BBPT collected one female in the Coastal Sage Matorral in Campo Nueve south of Ensenada in May 2022 (MABC). See fig. 260.
