Yellowish brown, unicolor. Head and pronotal disk without spots and stripes. Interocular space slightly less than the distance between the antennal sockets. The third segment of palps slightly longer than the fourth, both distinctly longer than the fifth swollen segment. Pronotum suboval, the anterior and posterior margin straight, two sides convex, the widest behind the middle. Tegmina and wings fully developed and slightly extending beyond the end of abdomen. Hind wing with radial vein straight, not branched; median vein simple, slightly curved at proximal part; cubitus vein with 4–7 branches (holotype with 4 branches, of which 3 pseudocomplete and 1 incomplete branches, paratypes with 6 or 7 branches); appendicular field about 25–28% the length of the wing. The front femur Type A3, tarsal claws symmetrical, with denticles on ventral margins. The seventh segment of abdomen specialized with two small fossae medially as Fig. 3E View FIGURE 3. A – I . Supraanal plate symmetrical, linguiform, paraprocts dissimilar, distal portion of the right variable, with some spines. Subgenital plate asymmetrical, two styles spinelike slightly curved, apical acute; hooklike on the left with an apical incision; median phallomere formed with two parts, the distal part slender, acute; right phallomere without brushlike instruction.

Holotype: male, China: Yunnan province, Xishuangbanna, 1200–1400m, 18 May 1958, coll. Zhang YiRan.
Paratypes: 1 male, China: Yunnan province, Zhengkang County, 980m, 21 April 1980, coll. Zhang Ming; 1 male, China: Yunnan, Coll. No details.
